Meal Order Form

Virtual families ONLY: Please fill out this form by 5PM every Friday to order meals for the following week. Pickups are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:45AM - 12:45PM.

Pick-up Form

If you plan to have someone other than the parent/guardian pickup your meal form, you can fill this out ahead of time. This not is required, but will expedite your pick-up.

Menus

Menus are available by the 28th of each month. Menus are subject to change based on product availability.
